If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and the change you would like to request. We will confirm as soon as the change or cancellation has been processed.

Your order can only be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing the order.
After this timeframe, the order is automatically sent for processing and can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Please note:

We may not be able to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe if you request any order adjustments, as processing changes can take longer during peak holiday periods.
Once your order is in fulfillment or has been shipped, we are unable to make any modifications.
