SHIPPING

1. When will my package arrive?
Shipping within the United States usually takes 5–12 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your state and carrier availability.

2. What is the processing time of your order?
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. holidays.

3. What shipping services are used?
We work with reliable U.S. shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Your order will be shipped using the best available option based on your location and delivery time.

4. How can I return my order to you?
Send us an email with your order number and we will send you all the information you need.

5. Do you deliver worldwide?
No. At the moment, we only ship within the United States using trusted local fulfillment partners for fast and reliable delivery.

6. Will I receive a tracking code?
Once your order is sent out, you will receive an email with your tracking code.

 

REFUND AND EXCHANGE?

1. Can I cancel my order?
You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order.
To do so, please submit your request through our Contact Us page.

Once your order has been processed or picked up by the carrier, we can no longer cancel it. Thank you for your understanding!

2. Can I change my order?
Yes—orders can be adjusted within 1 hour after purchase.
To request a change, please submit your request through our Contact Us page and include your order number along with the details you'd like to modify.

Once your order has been processed or picked up by the carrier, we are no longer able to make changes.

3. What if I receive a damaged product?
We’re very sorry if your item arrives damaged. Please submit a request through our Contact Us page and include your order number along with a photo of the damaged product.

We will either replace the item for free or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.
We’re here to help and will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
